Meet Our Owner

Hi, I’m Melissa Randall, owner of New Limits Traffic Control Solutions. After spending years in the construction industry, I recognized the critical role traffic control plays in the success and safety of every project. When the opportunity arose to acquire New Limits, I saw a chance to combine my construction experience with a company that already had a strong reputation for serving contractors and communities throughout Colorado. 

 

Today, my focus is on continuing the legacy of New Limits while investing in our people, strengthening our safety culture, and delivering exceptional service to every client we serve.  We believe successful traffic control is more than setting signs and cones – it’s about protecting workers, guiding the traveling public safely and helping our clients complete their work with confidence. 

 

As a Colorado business owner, wife, mother and former Division I athlete, I bring a commitment to accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement to everything we do.  Those values guide our company and drive our mission to be a trusted partner on every project.
